I've always been passionate about learning, teaching, and helping others. That passion has guided my journey from studying science and nursing to teaching and coaching, and eventually to my work as a certified thermography technician.
Today, I'm a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom to two amazing kids who keep life busy, fun, and full of surprises—and I wouldn't trade it for anything! My husband and I love the life we've built together, and our family's commitment to health and wellness has only deepened my desire to help others care for themselves in a proactive way.
